what
if the person you were meant to be with could never be yours?
If you
start seeing things that most people wouldn't usually see, does the mean you're
crazy? Well for Luce she is headed on her way to her new boarding
school at Sword & Cross. And so far things are not looking so great. Phones
are forbidden, they are cameras everywhere, and the students attending the
school are not your typical case of "normal" students. Nothing seems
to be going right, I mean she made a few friends but she still doesn't feel
right. Except for one thing, Daniel Grigori. Luce cannot seem to stop thinking
of him, in fact she can't get enough of him. But he on the other hand wants
nothing to do with her at all. But why does she feel like she knows him, there
is something familiar about him. But she can’t seem to grasp it.
This book is probably going to be one of my favorite summer books. It goes for the typical fallen angels theme, but the story is so much more then just of the two main character falling in love. I love the approach of it, and I am all the way team Daniel. No doubt about it. There is so much I would want to say, but it would just be better if you read the book yourself. Rate it 5/5 -Yoshi Lover
